TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa ("JSE"), a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as
soon as it becomes aware that its financial results for the next reporting
period will be different from those of the corresponding period of the previous
year.
The board of directors of StratCorp advise that its basic earnings and headline
earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2005 is expected to
increase by more than 100% on the earnings reported for the six months ended 31
August 2004. The board anticipates the results to be published on or before 14
October 2005.
The forecast contained in this trading statement has not been reviewed or
reported on by the company"s external auditors.
