DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS
LIMITED (RMH) the Trustees of the RMH Share Instalment have declared a dividend
amount of 52 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 24 October
2005.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 14 October 2005. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 17 October 2005 and
the record date will be Friday, 21 October 2005.
