TRADING STATEMENT
Shareowners of Brait are advised that the Company expects both earnings per
share ("eps") and headline earnings per share ("heps"),for the six-month period
ended 30 September 2005 to be greater than the reported eps and heps for the
six-month period ended 30 September 2004.
The anticipated increases over the comparable interim results are as follows:
Basic eps and heps up by between 134% and 154%
Diluted eps and heps up by between 119% and 139%
The financial information on which this trading statement has been based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the company"s auditors.
The financial results of the group for the six months ended 30 September 2005
are currently being prepared and are expected to be published on or about 3
November 2005.
