LISTING OF DIVERSIFIED LINKED UNITS ON THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE").
Java Capital is authorised to announce that all of the conditions for the
listing of the Diversified linked units on the "Real Estate Holdings and
Development" sector of the JSE have been fulfilled and that the linked units
will be listed with effect from the commencement of business on Thursday, 6
October 2005.
The Diversified group has taken transfer of 35 of the 37 property letting
enterprises detailed in the prospectus dated 26 September 2005 ("the
prospectus"). In respect of the remaining two properties being Bester Street,
Erf 43 Nelspruit Mpumalanga, and Steel Road, Erven 106, 108, 112, and 114
Spartan, transfer papers have been lodged with the respective deeds offices, and
it is anticipated that transfer will be registered imminently.
If for any reason the properties in question are not transferred this will not
effect the listing of Diversified linked units and will not have a material
impact on the profit forecast published in the prospectus. An announcement will
be published on SENS once the properties have been transferred.
