RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 30 June 2005 and 22 August 2005,
shareholders of Johnnic are advised that negotiations with Nafcoc Investment
Holding Company Limited are still in progress. If such negotiations are
successfully concluded, it may have a material effect on the share price of
Johnnic. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in Johnnic shares until a further announcement is made.
