CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that Mr AJ Palmiere has been appointed as chairman
of Barplats with effect from 5 October 2005. Messrs JB Ahbe, JE Andrews, PJ
Botha and JR Hawkrigg have been appointed as non-executive directors of Barplats
with effect from 5 October 2005.
