APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR
Metrofile Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Keshan Pillay as a non-executive director and member of the Group`s Audit
Committee with immediate effect.
Mr Pillay(37)(B.Com.) is the Executive Director of Mineworkers Investment
Company (Proprietary) Limited ("MIC") which is the Group`s empowerment partner
in Metrofile (Proprietary) Limited, a subsidiary of Metrofile Holdings. Mr
Pillay has been with the MIC since 1998 and sits on numerous listed and unlisted
company boards including Mathomo Group Limited, Ster Kinekor (Proprietary)
Limited and Primedia Limited (alternate), BPSA (Proprietary) Limited, Prism
Holdings Limited and Tracker Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited.
