company the general authority to make a capital distribution, was passed at the
general meeting held today, 7 October 2005.

capital distribution of 24 cents per share, declared on Thursday, 29 September

Payment date: Monday, 24 October 2005
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
17 October 2005 and Friday, 24 October 2005, both days inclusive.
