NOTICE OF AGM AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Martprop, on 7 October 2005, posted to unitholders its audited annual financial
statements for the financial year ended 31 July 2005. The Fund is not
publishing an abridged report at this date because the reviewed financial
information published on 26 August 2005 is unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the 6th Annual General Meeting of Martprop will be
held in the Conference Room of Marriott Holdings Limited, Marriott at Kingsmead,
Kingsmead Office Park, Durban at 09h30, on 31st October 2005 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting circulated together
with the annual financial statements.
