RESULTS OF THE ADJOURNED MEETING OF APEXHI DEBENTURE HOLDERS
Java Capital is authorised to announce that at the adjourned meeting of
debenture holders of ApexHi convened on Friday, 7 October 2005 in terms of the
announcement published on SENS on 21 September 2005, the debenture special
resolution was passed by the requisite majorities of ApexHi A and B debenture
holders, approving the amendment to the articles passed by shareholders at the
annual general meeting on 21 September 2005, pursuant to Article 13.6.2 of the
Principal Debenture Trust Deed dated 14 December 2000.
