AMENDMENT OF INTERIM RESULTS
In the announcement of StratCorp"s results for the six months ended 31 August
2005, released on Sens on 10 October 2005, the number of shares in issue was
incorrectly split between the shares in issue and the treasury shares. This
resulted in incorrect earnings per share and net asset value calculations.
