NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Unitholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2005 will be posted to unitholders today and contain no modifications to
the audited results which were published on SENS on 29 August 2005.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Spearhead unitholders
will be held at First Floor, The Spearhead, 42 Hans Strijdom Avenue, Foreshore,
Cape Town on Wednesday, 14 December 2005 at 11:00 to transact business as stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting, which was issued together with the
annual report containing the annual financial statements of Spearhead for the
year ended 30 June 2005.
