RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING
The annual general meeting of iFour shareholders and general meeting of iFour
debenture holders ("the general meetings") were held at 10:00 and 10:30
respectively, on Tuesday, 11 October 2005. The purpose of the general meetings
was to consider the resolutions as set out in the iFour notices of the general
meetings. All of the resolutions tabled at the general meetings were duly
passed.
