ACCEPTANCE OF LINKED UNITS IN TERMS OF THE DIVERSIFIED UNIT PURCHASE TRUST ("THE
TRUST")
In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("JSE"), the following information, relating to the acceptance of linked
units as offered to directors in terms of the trust is disclosed.
In terms of the rules of the trust, ownership in such linked units vests in the
beneficiaries stated below, but such linked units have been pledged to the
trustees of the trust until the outstanding balance on scheme linked units,
bearing interest, is paid. The beneficiaries may dispose of up to a maximum of
20% of their scheme units after each of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year
after the acceptance of the offer of linked units.
