RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING: APPROVAL OF ACQUISITION OF PRIMA BUSINESS
Java Capital is authorised to announce that, at a general meeting on Tuesday,
11 October 2005, 99.9% of ApexHi shareholders present or represented and voting
approved all resolutions regarding the proposed acquisition of the Prima
business.
The acquisition remains subject to the following conditions:
- approval of Prima unitholders, to be sought at a general meeting scheduled
for 14 October 2005;
- a High court order for, inter alia, the winding up of Prima; and
- approval of the Competition Tribunal.
Progress announcements will be released on SENS in due course.
