FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE FIRM INTENTION BY CET TO MAKE AN OFFER FOR
ALL THE ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES IN SANCINO PROJECTS LIMITED ("SANCINO")
Further to the announcement made by CET dated 20 September 2005, CET is pleased
to announce that the circular containing the terms of the offer has been posted
to ordinary shareholders of Sancino. The opening date of the offer was 5
October 2005. The offer closes at 16h30 on 25 November 2005.
As at the close of business on 11th October 2005, CET has already received
acceptances of the offer from the Sancino shareholders who hold in excess of
30.5% of the ordinary issued share capital in Sancino.
Shareholders will be updated on a regular basis regarding further developments.
