RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING: APPROVAL FOR DISPOSAL OF PRIMA BUSINESS TO
APEXHI PROPERTIES LIMITED ("ApexHi")
Java Capital is authorised to announce that, at a general meeting on Friday, 14
October 2005, at which holders of approximately 72% of all Prima units in issue
were present or represented by proxy, 99.99% of those voting approved all
resolutions regarding the proposed disposal, winding-up, distribution in specie
of ApexHi units and termination of the listing of Prima units.
The disposal remains subject to the following conditions:
- approval of the Competition Tribunal, the hearing in respect of which is
scheduled for 21 October 2005; and
- the High Court granting an order for, inter alia, the winding up of Prima
and distribution in specie of ApexHi units.
