CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 - 3.62 of the JSE Listings Requirements, City
Lodge hereby announces that as a consequence of Sun International Limited"s
disposal of its shareholding in City Lodge, Buddy Hawton and David Coutts-
Trotter, who are representatives of Sun International on the City Lodge board,
have tendered their resignation from the board and the various committees of the
board on which they serve with effect from the annual general meeting scheduled
for 10 November 2005.
City Lodge would like to thank Messrs Hawton and Coutts-Trotter for their valued
contribution and commitment during the years that they were associated with the
company.
