RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF PRIMA UNITHOLDERS: APPROVAL OF ACQUISITION OF
PRIMA BUSINESS BY APEXHI (THE "ACQUISITION")
Java Capital is authorised to announce that, at a general meeting of Prima
unitholders held on Friday, 14 October 2005, 99.99% of those present or
represented by proxy and voting approved all resolutions regarding the
acquisition of the Prima business.
The acquisition remains subject to the following conditions:
- approval of the Competition Tribunal, the hearing in respect of which is
scheduled for 21 October 2005; and
- a High court order for, inter alia, the winding up of Prima and
distribution in specie of ApexHi units.
Progress announcements will be released on SENS in due course.
