advised that Diversified has taken transfer of the last 2 property letting
enterprises detailed in the prospectus dated 26 September 2005 ("the
prospectus"), being Bester Street, Erf 43 Nelspruit Mpumalanga, and Steel Road,
Erven 106, 108, 112, and 114 Spartan.
