Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 25
July 2005, 2 September 2005 and 6 October 2005.
The acquisition, which has been approved by the competition board and the
creditors of the company, is expected to be sanctioned by The High Court of
South Africa, on Wednesday 19th October 2005.
Shareholders are therefore advised to continue to exercise caution in this
regard until a further detailed announcement is made in this regard,
