BOARD CHANGES
The board of Amalgamated Appliance Holdings Limited announces that as a result
of Salton Inc disposing of its shareholding in the company as at the 29th
September 2005, shareholders are advised that Mr. Leonhard Dreimann, non-
executive director and deputy chairman, Mr. William Brian Rue, non-executive
director, and Mr. Engelbert Jansen van den Doornmalen (alternate to Mr. WB Rue)
have resigned as directors of the company.
Amalgamated Appliance Holdings Limited would like to thank Mr. Dreimann, Mr. Rue
and Mr. Doornmalen for their contribution over the past years.
