Spescom Limited- Resignation of Director and Appointment of Director
In compliance with Rules 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Spescom herewith
announces the following:
Resignation of director
Mr. H J Isaacman has resigned as a director of Spescom Limited with effect from
21 October 2005.
Mr. Isaacman has in the past few years been involved with USA based Spescom
Software Inc as a director and he will continue to serve as a member of that
board. He will also continue to provide services to Spescom Limited as a
consultant where his considerable financial expertise will remain available to
the Spescom Group.
The board of directors of Spescom Limited would like to thank Mr. Isaacman for
his valuable contribution to the company as a director and looks forward to his
continued association with the Group.
Appointment of director
The Spescom Board of directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. S T
Makore as an executive director to the board of Spescom Limited with effect from
21 October 2005.
Mr. Makore joined the Spescom Group in March 2005 as Chief Executive Officer of
Spescom telecommunications operations. He is a professional engineer with
extensive business and marketing experience in the power, IT and ICT sectors. He
previously held senior executive positions at Siemens and Diebold.
