CORRECTION OF FORECAST FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Linked unit holders are referred to the announcement that was released on SENS
on 20 October 2005 regarding the acquisition and disposal of properties, revised
net asset value per linked unit as at 30 April 2005 and withdrawal of cautionary
announcement and are advised that the forecast financial information regarding
the DCD Dorbyl Portfolio was incorrectly stated. The corrected information is
