DISPOSAL BY PRIMA OF ITS ENTIRE BUSINESS TO APEXHI PROPERTIES LIMITED
("DISPOSAL") - REVISION OF IMPORTANT DATES
Further to previous announcements in respect of the disposal, Prima unitholders
are advised that the salient dates set out in the circular issued by Prima to
Prima unitholders, dated 22 September 2005 and announced on SENS on the same
date (the "salient dates") will be revised.
Such revision is necessitated by the uncertainty surrounding the occurrence of
certain events such as the receipt of approval from the Competition Tribunal and
the receipt of an order from the High Court, inter alia, winding up Prima.
As a result of such uncertainty, the remaining salient dates will be revised.
A further announcement containing the revised salient dates will be published on
SENS and in the press in due course.
