CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Limited"s Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that non-executive director, Mr Kenneth
Alexander Gradner Blumberg elected not to make himself available for re-election
to the board of Seardel at the annual general meeting held today.
On behalf of the board of directors, the company"s chairman, Mr Neil Lazarus,
thanked Mr Blumberg for his invaluable contribution to the company over the past
twenty nine years and wished him well in his retirement.
