RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Java Capital is authorised to announce that at the annual general meeting of
shareholders of Seardel convened on Tuesday, 25 October 2005 in terms of the
notice of annual general meeting contained in the Seardel annual report issued
on 28 September 2005, all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of Seardel shareholders.
In terms of an ordinary resolution passed at the above meeting, a dividend of 11
cents per share will be paid on Monday 21 November 2005 to shareholders recorded
in the register of the company at the close of business on the record date,
being Friday 18 November 2005.
