FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE FIRM INTENTION BY CET TO MAKE AN OFFER FOR
ALL THE ISSUED ORDINARY SHARES IN SANCINO PROJECTS LIMITED ("SANCINO")
Further to the announcements made by CET dated 20 September and 13 October 2005,
regarding the offer to acquire all the ordinary issued shares in Sancino, which
opened on 5 October 2005 and will close at 16h30 on 25 November 2005, CET is
pleased to announce that it has now received additional acceptances of the offer
from the Sancino shareholders. The total number of ordinary shareholders in
Sancino who have now accepted the offer as at 24 October 2005 hold approximately
40.1% of the ordinary issued share capital in Sancino.
Shareholders will be updated regarding further developments.
