RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF MVELA SHAREHOLDERS
At the general meeting of Mvela shareholders held at 10:00 on Tuesday,
25 October 2005, the resolutions tabled at the meeting to approve the creation
of convertible, perpetual, cumulative preference shares ("preference shares")
and authorising the directors of Mvela to issue the preference shares and such
number of ordinary shares as may be required to meet any exercise of conversion
rights, were passed unanimously. The special resolutions will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies.
