Shareholders are advised that the company"s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2005 were posted to shareholders on Thursday, 20 October 2005
and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 20
September 2005. KPMG Inc audited the results and the annual financial
statements of Concor and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 11:00 on Friday, 11 November 2005, at Concor House, 13 Church Street
Ext, Crown Industria, Johannesburg to transact business as stated in the notice
of the annual general meeting.
