DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Fredswem
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Fredswem") purchased 27 016 Octodec linked units on
26 October 2005 at a price of 935 cents per linked unit, with a total value of
R252 599.60. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
