RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Deloitte & Touche Sponsor Services (Pty) Limited is authorised to announce that
the ordinary resolutions and special resolutions relating to the:
- termination of listing and the voluntary winding up of the Company; and
- amendments to the articles of association of the Company,
were passed by the requisite majority of DNA shareholders at the general meeting
held on Friday, 28 October 2005. The special resolutions will be lodged for
registration with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
The salient dates and times for the expected final distribution, if any, to
shareholders, payable on conclusion of the voluntary winding up of the company
("the distribution"), appear below. The distribution is expected to be made
available on completion of the voluntary winding up, which is expected to take
approximately 18 months.
