CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND REMINDER OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given by the company that is has entered into a
separation agreement with its managing director, Mr Andre Janse van Vuuren. The
agreement is effective as from 28 October 2005.
Shareholders are reminder that the annual general meeting of the company will
take place at 10:00 on Thursday, 24 November 2005 and will be held in the
boardroom, Arcay House, Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg.
