Shareholders are advised that the Company"s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2005 were posted to shareholders on Tuesday 1 November 2005
and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 24
August 2005. The annual financial statements were audited by Deloitte and
Touche and their report is available for inspection at the Company"s registered
office.
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of
Unitrans will be held at 263 Oxford Road, Illovo, Johannesburg, on Monday 28
November 2005 at 14h00 to transact the business as stated in the Notice of the
Annual General Meeting which is contained in the Annual Report.
