Renewal of cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 9 September 2005, shareholders are
advised that the Company has still not been able to settle the liability under
dispute with the Regulator in question (who has requested not to be named), on
the basis previously anticipated. The scope of the dispute has widened and
whilst efforts in this regard are continuing, failure to reach a settlement may
have a material negative impact on the value of the shares of the Company. As
the claims and/or demands of the Regulator are disputed by the Company, it is
not in a position to determine if, when and upon what basis, the dispute will be
settled and/or to determine the actual amount of any potential liability that
may arise therefrom.
The Company therefore advises shareholders to continue exercising caution when
trading in the Company"s shares. The Company will inform shareholders from time
to time of any further developments pertaining to these matters.
