SHARE PREMIUM DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE
RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the share premium distribution
amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result
of the share premium distribution declaration relating to
RMB HOLDINGS LIMITED (RMH) the Trustees of the RMH Share
Instalment have declared a share premium distribution amount
of 100 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday
7 November 2005.
The last day to trade cum distribution is Friday, 28 October
2005. The share instalment will commence trading ex
distribution from Monday, 31 October 2005 and the record
date will be Friday, 4 November 2005.
