RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the company"s annual general meeting held on
Wednesday, 2 November 2005, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed
thereat were duly passed. The special resolutions for the amendment to the
company"s articles of association to allow for the electronic delivery of
circulars, and to enable the company to repurchase shares, will be lodged with
the Registrar of Companies in due course.
