VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the trial against the company"s insurers, in
respect of the claim for losses following the December 2003 outbreak of equine
flu, which was scheduled for 3 November 2005, has at the instance of the
insurers been postponed. Application is being made for a new trial date, as soon
as possible, and once this has been obtained shareholders will be advised
accordingly.
