CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of AMAP announces that, as a result of Steinhoff International
Holdings Limited acquiring a strategic interest of 25.1% in AMAP, Messrs Markus
Johannes Jooste and Daniel Maree van der Merwe have been appointed as non-
executive directors of the company with immediate effect.
AMAP welcomes the appointment of these directors and looks forward to their
valued contribution to the board of directors and the company.
