RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 12 October 2005 and are
advised that at the general meeting of the company held on 3 November 2005 all
special and ordinary resolutions relating to:
- the consolidation of the company"s share capital in the ratio of 1 share
for every 15 shares held; and
- the increase of the company"s authorised share capital were adopted. The
consolidation and increase in the company"s authorised share capital will
now be implemented in accordance with the dates published in the
announcement dated 12 October 2005.
