Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of IMR shareholders held
on Thursday, 3 November 2005, the resolutions approving:
- the change of name of the company to Conduit Capital Limited; and
- the acquisition by the company of Marble Gold 213 (Proprietary) Limited,
were passed by the requisite majorities of IMR shareholders present or
represented and voting on the resolutions.
The important dates and times relating to the change of name of the company are
set out below:
Last day to trade in the name of IMR Investments Friday, 11 November
Limited
Shares will trade in the new name with the ISIN Monday, 14 November
ZAE000073128 and the JSE Limited share code CND

Record date for change of name Friday, 18 November
Dematerialised shareholders will have their Monday, 21 November
accounts at their CSDP or broker updated on
Certificated shareholders will have new Monday, 21 November
certificates in the name of CONDUIT CAPITAL LIMITED
posted by registered post, provided their old share
certificates have been surrendered by 12:00 on
Friday, 18 November 2005 on (or within 5 business
days after receipt of such old share certificates)
