DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE JDG SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that the dividend amount payable for JDG GROUP LIMITED
has been announced and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
JDG GROUP LIMITED the Trustees of the JDG Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 167 cents per share instalment that is payable on Monday 12
December 2005.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 2 December 2005. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 5 December 2005 and
the record date will be Friday, 9 December 2005.
