DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON JD GROUP LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES - ("JDGIDB")
With reference to the dividend announcement dated 3 November 2005, the Directors
of JD Group Limited have declared a Final dividend of 167 cents per ordinary
share payable on Monday 12 December 2005 to ordinary shareholders recorded in
the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 9 December 2005.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, JDGIDB,
will receive a JD Group Limited final dividend of 167 cents per security payable
on Monday 12 December 2005. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order
to participate in the dividend will be Friday 2 December 2005.
JDGIDB Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday 5 December 2005, and the record date will
be Friday 9 December 2005.
