CHANGES TO THE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF CREDITVISION
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that:
Mr Chris Klopper and Mr Andrew Lianos, resigned from the board of the company
with effect from 10 December 2004, as independent non-executive directors.
Mr David Cooper is appointed with effect from 10 December 2004 as an independent
non-executive director of Creditvision. Mr Cooper serves on the boards of
various South African companies and is very active in Rural and Infrastructure
Development. He is an accountant educated both in South Africa and abroad.
Mr Thokoana Motlatsi is appointed with effect from 10 December 2004 as an
independent non-executive director of Creditvision. Mr Motlatsi was a founder
member of the National Union of Mineworkers and serves on various high profile
Committees such as the Nelson Mandela Children`s Fund and serves on the boards
of South African companies such as Anglo Gold Ashanti.
Mr Cooper and Mr Motlatsi bring to the Company a wide range of skills and
expertise that will be of benefit to the Company.
The board of Creditvision would like to thank Mr Klopper and Mr Lianos for the
contribution they have made to the Company and wish them success in the future.
