WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 10 August 2004
and 5 November 2004, and are advised that the negotiations entered into have
been terminated. Accordingly, as the negotiations referred to in the cautionary
announcements have been terminated, Creditvision shareholders are no longer
required to exercise caution when dealing in their Creditvision shares on the
JSE Securities Exchange South Africa.
