DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Fredswem
Investments (Pty) Limited ("Fredswem") purchased 13 309 Octodec linked units on
7 November 2005 at an average price per unit of 890 cents, with a total value of
R118 449,65. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
