Octodec linked units on 8 November 2005 at an average price per unit of 885     
cents, with a total value of R25 665,00. Octodec"s directors, Sharon Wapnick and
Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings   
Requirements.
