Limited, the Company advises herewith that Mr E Molobi and Mr A J Gibson have
resigned as independent non-executive and executive directors respectively of
the Company with effect from 9 November 2005, and that Mr L F Stassen and Mr S
Pather have been appointed as executive and independent non-executive directors,
respectively, of the Company with effect from 9 November 2005.
