to the acquisition of Miranda Minerals (Pty) Ltd and an investment by a BEE
Consortium, the directors are pleased to announce that the circular to
shareholders dated 4 November 2005 has been posted to all shareholders. The
general meeting will be held at Suite 2B, Clubview Forum, 58 Columbia Street,
Clubview, Centurion at 10:00 on Friday, 2 December 2005.
