Further to previous announcements, Prima unitholders are advised that the
application for the winding up of Prima has been enrolled for hearing on
Tuesday, 15 November 2005 in the Witwatersrand Local Division of the High Court
of South Africa.
An announcement relating to the outcome of this application will be published on
SENS and in the press in due course.
